NHS Healthchecks

We are offering NHS Healthchecks to all adults aged 40-74 without any previous Cardiovascular disease (High Blood pressure, Angina).

It includes an assessment of Blood Pressure and Lifestyle, and a fasting blood test for cholesterol, thyroid, liver, kidneys and diabetes. You will then be telephoned with your results and invited to see the nurse for either yearly or 5 yearly screening.
